Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) Certificate of Completion 2019-2021
FLS Training and Certificate of Completion. Based upon FLS presentations at ISO19, this program addresses the clinical challenge of fragility fractures through the implementation of the FLS mode of care, including challenges and barriers in clinical care; strategies for organizing, staffing and structuring a successful FLS program; and clinical care of the patient with osteoporosis and increased risk of fracture.

Target Audience
Primarily targeting physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, the program is designed to help healthcare professionals who seek to:

Continuing Education
The National Osteoporosis Foundation is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians and is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. You will receive CE credit for each individual activity in which you participate.

- 19.25 Participation/AttendanceA certificate of attendance will be provided to all other attending healthcare professionals. Nurse practitioners and physician assistants may request AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ certificate of participation. Please refer to your provider to determine whether this program will qualify for other categories of continuing education credits. The American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) also accepts educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Education (ACCME).
